Ingredients
- 1½ cups black beans (one 15 oz can, drained and rinsed well)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup EnjoyLife chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in Vitamix or a good food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Transfer to a greased 8x8 glass pan
- Bake 15-18 minutes and let cool at least 10 minutes before cutting
